Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the cancellation and refund terms for subscription plans and paid services purchased through Entrobase (entrobase.ai). It is an integral part of our Terms of Service.

Payments are processed through a secure payment provider; we never store your card details. The payment provider's own buyer terms may apply in addition to this policy.

01. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are offered as monthly subscriptions. The subscription fee is charged in advance to your payment method at the start of each billing period and renews automatically until you cancel. Current plan features and prices are published on the pricing page within the Platform.

Certain services (e.g. premium AI models, database usage) may be billed additionally based on usage; such usage charges accrue at the moment they occur.

02. Cancelling Your Subscription

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section of your account settings, or by contacting us.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; your access continues uninterrupted until that date.
  • You will not be charged for the following period after cancelling. For mid-period cancellations, no partial refunds are issued for the remaining time, subject to the refund terms below.
  • Plan downgrades likewise take effect in the next billing period.

03. Refund Terms

We review refund requests in good faith on a case-by-case basis. The general framework is as follows:

This table does not limit your rights under applicable mandatory consumer law; where the law requires a refund, the legal requirement prevails.

04. Right of Withdrawal

Subscriptions are digital services performed immediately upon purchase. Under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation (Article 15) and comparable provisions of EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to digital services whose performance has begun with your express consent. You are informed of this and your consent is obtained at the time of purchase.

Where the withdrawal exemption does not apply, withdrawal requests submitted within the statutory period are honoured in accordance with applicable law.

05. Domains and Third-Party Costs

Domain registration, renewal, and transfer are third-party services subject to the terms of the relevant registrar and registry. Once a domain is registered, it is final with the relevant authority and cannot be refunded. The same principle applies to other third-party costs incurred at the moment of use.

06. How to Request a Refund

  • Send your request to billing@entrobase.ai from the email address registered to your account.
  • Include the transaction date, the amount, and the reason for your request; attach the invoice/transaction number if available.
  • Requests are answered within 14 days at the latest. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; depending on your payment provider and bank, the amount typically appears within 5-10 business days.
