Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are used to remember your session, keep your preferences, and — if you allow it — measure usage. "Similar technologies" also covers browser storage methods such as localStorage.

We group cookies by function. The table below shows each category's purpose and current status:

Strictly necessary cookies always run. The analytics category is enabled only if you consent; today it is used for usage measurement (Google Analytics) and error diagnosis (Sentry). Marketing cookies are not used at all. If this changes, this policy and the cookie banner will be updated.

• Authentication/session cookies: set by our identity provider (Supabase) to keep you signed in. These are strictly necessary.
• Cookie preference record: we store your cookie choice in your browser so the banner does not appear every time.
• Error monitoring (analytics, consent-based): we use Sentry to diagnose errors. This tool does not set cookies; it only uses your browser's own storage. If you do not consent to analytics, screen recording never starts and the related code is not even downloaded to your browser.
• Usage measurement cookies (analytics, consent-based): if you consent, Google Analytics sets `_ga` and `_ga_`-prefixed cookies to distinguish visitors and track sessions, with lifetimes of up to 2 years. Without consent these cookies are not written.

We do not use third-party cookies for advertising or retargeting. Without your analytics consent, neither usage measurement nor screen recording runs, and you can withdraw this choice at any time.

On your first visit, you will see a cookie consent dialog. There you can accept, reject, or make category-level choices for non-essential cookies. Non-essential cookies do not run until you consent.

You can change your preferences or withdraw consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the page footer.

You can also manage or delete cookies from your browser settings. However, if you block strictly necessary cookies, some parts of the Platform (e.g. login) may not work properly. As there is no common industry standard for the "Do Not Track" signal, we do not respond to it specifically; in any case, no non-essential cookie runs without your explicit consent.

Websites you build with Entrobase may use their own cookies; cookie compliance for those sites is the responsibility of the respective site owner. Embedded third-party content (e.g. video) may also set its own cookies.
